# BomRow

The BomRow object is of type *PsObject* and represents an individual [line item in a BOM](https://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=UG-BOMTAB-EDIT) of a specific Fusion 360 Manage Item.

The \$bomRow object is dynamically created depending on the defined [Custom BOM fields](http://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=GUID-6C076C0B-CEAF-4319-8267-3B2F1979003E) which are assigned to a *View* in the [Bill of Materials Tab](http://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=GUID-0E824276-ADCF-4B64-A9D2-ABCF5C30E36F) and additionally provides all the members from the corresponding {doc}`Item </code_reference/objects/item>`.

The *BOM specific properties* have the same name as the [BOM Fields](http://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=GUID-0E824276-ADCF-4B64-A9D2-ABCF5C30E36F) in Fusion 360 Manage starting with the *'Bom\_'* prefix (regardless of the used display names in the different [BOM Views](http://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=GUID-6C076C0B-CEAF-4319-8267-3B2F1979003E)).\
Properties that include whitespaces can be accessed by enclosing them in single quotes.

## Syntax

The following [Standard BOM fields](http://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=GUID-6C076C0B-CEAF-4319-8267-3B2F1979003E) are always available in addition to the {doc}`Item </code_reference/objects/item>` members:

The *Unit of Measure* property on the according {doc}`Item </code_reference/objects/item>` returns the full Unit name instead."

## Remarks

Similar as for {ref}`Item Fields <code_reference/objects/item:remarks>`, the [Custom BOM field](http://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=GUID-6C076C0B-CEAF-4319-8267-3B2F1979003E) properties are converted to a corresponding PowerShell data type based on the configured [Field types](http://help.autodesk.com/view/PLM/ENU/?guid=GUID-02815D7F-2697-4F83-8DDA-896202805676) in Fusion 360 Manage.
